Our Wells crematorium

Alongside our crematorium in Wells, we also run our own network of crematoria across the country.

Opened by the then Bishop of Taunton in 2011, the crematorium serves families from Wells and the surrounding areas, including Frome, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, and Street. It is set within five acres of scenic grounds, which are carefully maintained to preserve the calming atmosphere. The Gardens of Remembrance, which are open all year round, provide a peaceful environment for quiet contemplation.

The chapel caters for all faiths and cultural requirements and can accommodate larger congregations (up to 94 seated, plus additional space). The crematorium also has disabled access, accessible toilets, and a hearing loop so everyone can hear the service clearly.
